The Council of Engineers and Scientists Organizations (CESO) is a group of professional labor unions representing nearly 100,000 engineers, scientists, technical and administrative employees. It is the largest organization of its kind in the United States.

CESO is a loosely structured federation that was created (under a different name) in 1949 when engineering unions began proliferating, The group changed its name to CESO in 1968.
